Social Media Strategist
Description

Looking for a talented Social Media Strategist with 1 to 3 years of work experience in the digital field in order to manage our social media services projects (ranging from social media, online marketing), as well as, manage our relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Social Media, Online Marketing, Strategy and Creative Input
  • Provide feedback and creative input to ensure excellence in regards to Social Media: mastery of content creation and community management in order to meet client needs, as well as, provide meaningful feedback on visuals to designers (graphic design, photography, GIFs, infographics, videos, etc...) based on legibility, creativity, aim, type of channel, audience, etc...).
  • Devise content strategy & editorial calendars for client’s different social media channels.
  • Generate creative online marketing campaigns and tactics that fit the strategy’s general aim and allocate channels and budgets accordingly.

 

  1. Project Management
  • Manage our projects and ensure their successful delivery in excellent and timely manner. Projects include: Social Media & Online Marketing.
  • Execute the digital strategies for our clients and help our team implement them effectively.
  • Oversee the day-to-day work and collaborate with the team. The job also requires managing work in collaboration with the client.
  • Manage and maintain excellent relationships with the clients.
  • Understand and analyze clients’ needs and develop briefs and tactics accordingly to meet their business goals along with the digital team.
  • Be accountable for all aspects of the delivery of work/ projects on behalf of the digital team to the clients.

 

 

  1. Organizational and Operational leadership
  • Create a process to ensure work flows smoothly within the digital team.
  • Plan the digital team’s schedule and assign tasks accordingly to team members.
  • Oversee the operations and high-performance and excellent delivery of tasks in timely manner.
  1. Meeting KPIs and Business Goals
  • Work effectively, drive accountability and gain organizational commitment to the process and to the clients KPIs set and compile reports for management showing generated results (ROI).
  • Highlight inconsistencies and re-align the strategies accordingly by providing solutions to current problems or unmet KPIs.
  • Call for urgent meetings or conduct workshops with the digital team in order to overcome a current challenge or help solve a problem and re-align efforts accordingly.

 

  1. Research & Development
  • Continuously research trends and gain Insights about the different industries to ensure our clients are always ahead of competition.

 

Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital or social media
    Experience in agency / consultancy environments with multiple projects and clients
  • Experience in managing content creators, community managers, online marketing specialists, graphic designers and other digital positions
  • Track record of leading successful / award-winning projects
  • Bachelor degree in marketing or any related field
